Privacy notice

Privacy Policy

Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Scaligera Manutenzioni di Saggioro Massimo, Via Tre Marine 18 - 37050 Palù (VR) — tax code SGGMSM92A19E349V, VAT number 05143950235. Email: scaligera.manutenzioni@gmail.com — Phone: +39 340 747 1185.

2. Data processed

Through the contact form we collect the data that users voluntarily enter: full name, company, email address, telephone number and message content. While browsing the site, technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) may also be processed through the cookies described in section 7.

The site also provides a direct WhatsApp ("click to chat") link to the company’s WhatsApp number: this is simply navigation to a Meta/WhatsApp service. When clicking it, the user leaves the site and communicates directly with the controller through that channel; data exchanged on WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's terms of service and not by this site. The link does not load scripts or set cookies on this site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Respond to contact requests and provide quotations or information about the services — legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensure the operation and security of the site — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Statistical measurement of site use through analytics cookies — legal basis: the data subject's consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Providing your data

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the contact form is necessary to respond to the request; failure to provide it makes a response impossible. Other data is optional.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics tools), appointed as processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Data is not made public or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Any transfers to third countries take place only where appropriate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR are in place.

6. Retention

Data collected through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to manage the request and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration and the subsequent statutory periods (generally 10 years for tax documentation). Statistical data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

7. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies necessary for its proper operation and for storing preferences (such as language and cookie choices): they do not require consent.

With consent, the site may use analytics cookies to collect aggregated information about page use. These tools are not activated until acceptance through the banner. Users may change or withdraw their choice at any time by deleting site data from their browser and reloading the page, or by managing cookies in their browser settings.

The site does not use third-party advertising profiling cookies.

8. Data subject rights

Data subjects may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to scaligera.manutenzioni@gmail.com. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Changes

This notice may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or changes to the services offered. Updated versions are published on this page.
